The New Pacific Airport stands as a cornerstone of El Salvador’s economic vision, strategically positioned within the emerging Bitcoin City in Conchagua. This world-class facility aims to transform the region’s future by accelerating international trade and tourism while serving as an efficient gateway to Bitcoin City’s metropolitan area and coastal attractions. As a vital infrastructure project, it will catalyze both domestic and foreign investment, particularly benefiting the development of the surrounding areas and hospitality sector.

The main terminal presents a bold yet elegant circular form, with its most distinctive feature being a large domed roof structure organized in a precise radiating pattern. The roof’s intricate geometry consists of faceted triangular panels arranged in concentric circles, creating a unified composition that spans the terminal’s full diameter.

The terminal connects to aircraft via radial piers, efficiently organizing gates around its central hub. This arrangement optimizes passenger flow while creating an intuitive wayfinding system. Set against the backdrop of the Conchagua Volcano and surrounded by lush vegetation, the terminal’s circular form creates a harmonious dialogue with its natural setting.

Seen from above, the dome’s metallic and glass panels catch and reflect light throughout the day, while its height and span create a generous interior volume. The terminal’s entrance features a sweeping canopy that extends outward to welcome arriving passengers, providing a clear sense of arrival while offering protection from the elements.

The design demonstrates technical sophistication through its structural system, where slender columns support the expansive dome, creating an open and light-filled interior space. This engineering achievement balances visual lightness with the robust requirements of airport operations.
