Invited by a local developer, Fernando Romero’s site for Miami’s newest icon is located on the City of North Bay Village, a collection of manmade islands in Biscayne Bay, off Miami Beach.

The circular building strikes an iconic profile at the water’s edge, instantly recognizable and singular in its design.
